Research Theme*
医療ソーシャルワーカーとして、精神科領域を中心に、緩和ケア・一般急性期・リハビリなどの分野で実務に従事し、現任者団体の運営にも関わってきている。医療ソーシャルワーク実践は、多様で標準化困難な業務、患者支援に必要な社会資源の限界、周囲からの要望と現実の業務ジレンマの中で行われ、ストレスフルな状況に陥っている。これを克服して、現任者の業務継続を支援するため、現任者のストレスマネジメントを主たる研究テーマとしている。
