      今期の研究実績は、おおむね次の3点にまとめることができる。
      第1に、韓国保証法についての研究を進めたことである。日本では、2017年に導入された民法465条の9三号に見られるように、主債務者の配偶者が保証人となることの必要性が高いとの考え方（主に金融実務からの意見である）が法律の規定内容にも反映している。しかし、韓国では、一見すると、配偶者保証を特別に重視する議論は見られない。その違いは何に基づくのかを探求すべく、韓国の保証法に関する議論の他、家族財産法制、さらには配偶者間の財産移転と詐害行為取消権の関係等にまで検討対象を広げて研究を進めた。しかし、まだ研究内容をまとめて公刊するには至っていない。韓国における金融実務の実情について探求するという作業も十分に進めることができなかった。これらについては、次期の課題としたい。
      第2に、日本の改正保証法についての検討を進めた。昨年度から継続して、2017年の保証法の大改正についての議論や今後の展開可能性について論じた文献の調査を進めている。新たに登場する文献の量は落ち着いてきており、調査はだいぶ進んでいる。しかし、こちらについても具体的な成果物を刊行するには至らなかった。こちらも、次期の課題としたい。
      第3に、ドイツ法についても、昨年度に引き続いて、保証契約、家族財産制度についての検討を進めた。こちらについても具体的な研究成果としてまとめられるようさらに調査を続けていきたい。
