  • 知的財産法全般を研究対象としているが、これまでは創作者の人格的利益の保護のあり方を中心に研究を行ってきた。その際には、主としてフランス法や英米法を比較の対象としてきた。知的財産法に関する諸論点と、民法・刑法・行政法等の基本的法領域における理論との関係を明らかにすることを、めざしている。また、サイバー法制・情報法制全般のあり方にも関心を有している。
