Research Theme*

  • 行政法総論及び行政組織法を主な研究対象としている。これまで、これらの領域における基本的な諸問題のいくつかについて、学説史研究・制定史研究・比較法研究の各アプローチにより、その理論的基礎を明らかにすることを試みてきた。司法制度改革以降行政救済法は学説実務双方の次元で変化がみられてきたが、近年の社会変動は救済法に比し静態的とみられてきた行政法総論・行政組織法の分野にも変容をもたらしている。今後の研究は、この変容が理論的見地からどのように捕捉されるかにも向けていきたいと考えている。
