Research Theme*
憲法学の扱う主題のなかで、これまで司法権論を中心として研究を進めてきた。主たる比較対象はアメリカ法である。特に連邦司法について、裁判所組織の在り方や、民事訴訟の規律の歴史的展開を跡付け、それらが憲法論上でいかなる含意をもつか、考察している。その歴史的基層を探求することが引き続き課題となるが、今後それと並行して、日本の側についても憲法論の歴史的位置づけを十分に意識しながら、比較法的考察を具体化していきたい。
