    I am an assistant professor in the College of Economics at Rikkyo University. My specialty is political economy and labour policy, and I am researching the relationship between unionism and labor policy in Japan. I received my Ph.D in 2024 from Graduate School of Economics at Hitotsubashi University, Japan.
