  • 刑法における違法論、特に緊急避難論や被害者の同意論を主な研究対象としつつ、刑法各論の諸分野や刑事立法学についても研究を行っている。近時は「家族と刑法」という視点のもと、主としてドイツ語圏各国との比較法的な手法により、関連するさまざまな犯罪、例えば、性犯罪（特に児童に対する性犯罪）や児童拐取罪に関する研究を進めている。また、窃盗罪や強盗罪を中心とした財産犯罪についても研究を行っている。
