  • 国際私法や国際民事訴訟法においては「公序」や「条理」「実質再審査禁止の原則」などの曖昧模糊とした概念や原理原則が多数存在している。当面はそうした概念や原則の明確化の作業を行い、論理構築のため本当に用いることができるものは何なのかを探っていきたいと考えている。
