Research Theme*

  • 民法のなかでも担保物権法を研究している。特に、民法上規定されていない非典型担保をどのように取り扱うべきか、立法論を含めて検討している。これに関連して、倒産法の研究も進めてきた。また、これまでの研究においては、比較法の対象として、アメリカ法およびフランス法を取り上げた。今後は、イギリス法などにも研究対象を広げていきたいと考えている。
