マーケティングの管理・戦略に関する理論研究を中心課題としている。既存の研究潮流に見られる物財中心の理論枠組みに対して、サービス財の特性を加味した管理方法や戦略の立案方法の論理的フレームワークの構築をめざしている。また、顧客満足の具体的な実施方法としての満足保証政策や顧客管理の理念に配慮したマーケティングコンセプトなどについても講義等では取り上げていく。
