プロフィール
Kevin Garvey is currently an Assistant Professor with the College of Intercultural Communication at Rikkyo University, Tokyo, Japan (2022-present). His research interested include intercultural social media communications, online labor and communities, and global platform governance.
He has experience with longitudinal ethnographic research methods, digital participant observation, survey design and qualitative data analysis, and thematic analysis and coding. He has taught courses on Internet studies, digital communication theory, intercultural communication, American youth sociology, and histories of the Internet.
